the vision
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Valerie Bell has always had a passion for learning and service. After graduating from Eastern Hills High School in Fort Worth, she pursued a career in education and spent over 15 years working in the beauty industry.
Combining her love for teaching and cosmetology, Dr. Bell became a dedicated educator in Crowley ISD and later founded Total Beauty Career Training Institute—a virtual learning hub focused on helping students master their craft and pass their licensing exams.
Today, she continues to lead with purpose, empowering future beauty professionals through practical training, mentorship, and career readiness.
